King Abdullah Financial District Project (KAFD)

The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a new development near King Fahad Road in the Al Aqeeq area of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which is consisting of 59 towers in an area of 1.6 million square meters. It will provide more than 3 million square meters of space for various uses, 62.000 parking spaces and accommodation for 12.000 residents.  Also, the project includes three hotels of five-star rating run by world hotel service companies.

CEM Estero Arabia Saudi Co. has been awarded to work with Permasteelisa Gartner Saudi Arabia (PGSA) for Saudi Bin Ladin Group, Company of the aforementioned project to perform the works of 13 Towers which comprise of the following activities:

  • Installation of Curtain Walls (inclusive of complementary fixtures)
  • Installation of Metal Cladding
  • Installation of Steel Canopies

Scope of work

Installation of Curtain Wall System and secondary structural steel works with the method of “Panel System” of 13 skyscrapers (Parcels 1.09, 1.10, 1.14, 1.15, 1.17, 2.07, 2.11, 2.13, 2.14 , 3.12, 4.01, 4.04, 4.05, 4.06, 4.07, 4.08, 4.09, 4.11 & Conference Center)
